System Requirements

CFMMaker

Windows 98/ME/NT/2000/XP/Server 2003

CFMMaker requires the Microsoft Data Access Components (MDAC) and Microsoft Jet 4.0 database engine. You already have these components if your system is running Windows 2000 (or later) or have Access 2000 (or later) installed. However, it is recommended that you download the latest version:

• Microsoft Data Access Components (MDAC) 2.8
  
• Microsoft Jet 4.0 Service Pack 8 (SP8) (for Windows 2000/XP/Server 2003)
  
• Microsoft Jet 4.0 Service Pack 7 (SP7) (for Windows 98/NT/ME)
  

CFMMaker also requires a few other system files. If you do not have latest version of these files (usually Windows 98 users), you may experience ActiveX errors while running CFMMaker. To update your system, go the Microsoft download pages listed below. If you are not already using IE 6.0, it is recommended to install it first as it includes most if not all of the required files.

Installation and Uninstallation

Double-click on the downloaded executable to start the installation process. Follow the prompts and change the settings whenever necessary.

To uninstall CFMMaker, go to [Control Panel], [Add/Remove Programs], select CFMMaker and click [Remove].

Before installing new version of CFMMaker, always uninstall previous version first.

Technical Support

Registered users are entitled to 12 months free email support. Send your technical support request to cfmmaker.support@hkvstore.com with your license information. Emails without license information will be ignored.

When requesting product support, please try to include the following information:

1. Is the problem reproducible? If so, how?
   
2. What version of Windows are you running?
   
3. What version of CFMMaker are you running?
   (Right click CFMMaker.exe and then click "Properties" to check file version)
4. If a dialog box with an error message was displayed, please include the full text of error message.
   
5. If possible, please also send us the problematic CMP File and the database or connection information.

Notes:
While we are happy to support your usage of our products, technical support does not entail customizations of generated codes or templates or any other issues not directly related to the workings of our software. Request for debugging or modifying your customized scripts will be ignored.

Lost License Key

If you lost your license key, please send email to support@hkvstore.com. For your protection, we will only send the serial number to your registered email address. If you want to change your registered email address, you need to provide your key.

CFMMaker is supplied "AS IS". The authors disclaim all warranties, expressed or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and of fitness for any purpose. The authors assume no liability for damages, direct or consequential, which may result from the use of CFMMaker.

Please Note this program is Shareware. It is not Freeware. You are permitted to try the program for a maximum of 30 days. Continued use will require payment of the registration fee.
